Amazing service, had a bad clutch and booked me in the same week, thought they were just doing a diagnostic but they called back to get the new one fitted.
Took my VW T5 to Streetwise as I had an ERG (Diesel Particulate Problem) that another garage had failed to repair on two occasions. They were highly efficient and and engineer was extremely nice and could not have been more helpful explaining the problem. It was his explanations that helped me recuperate my costs from the original garage I went to. There is only one garage to go as far as I am concerned even though it is some distance from where I live
Avoid. Caused £100's of body damage to my wife's car after it went in for an MoT and was returned with scratches and gauges to the drivers door that they then tried to blame on us! I have been a customer for over 15 years and have never experienced such awful customer service. They said they'd check CCTV to see how it was done and get back in touch but guess what? It's been 3 days and absolutely nothing! Will never be going back again.
Absolutely amazing. I know nothing about cars but they were able to honestly advise me about what needs doing and what I simply do not need to do and unnecessarily pay for. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to have the MOT and service on my car done although I gave them hardly any notice (didn't realise my MOT was out of date...). This is the third year I used this garage and every time I received the same amazing customer service. I'll definitely come back for as long as I'm a car owner.
