this location is genuinely awful. I go out of convenience but at this point it’s obvious there’s just no point in going. they have people stand outside while u pay look at you like a moron trying to sell you their subscription when the car wash itself STINKS. it’s scratched up my car more than once and NEVER actually cleans my car, there’s always so many smudges of dirt left over on my hood on my doors my roof. so how is it that it’s going strong enough to scratch my car but is STILL dirty. im done going here and im telling everyone about how much to avoid this place at all costs.

Exercise caution when considering vehicle services at this location. It is advisable to seek service elsewhere. The service does not warrant even a single-star rating. During the car wash, the passenger-side mirror of my vehicle was damaged, with an estimated repair cost of $780. I submitted the estimate, and upon inquiring about the claim, it was denied without proper explanation. I regret having my vehicle serviced at this location.I have attached the damage photos for reference. Here is the response I received. "We appreciate your patience. Super Star Car Wash takes every claim/incident seriously. Because we care about our customers, there is a great deal of discovery and due diligence that goes into the process of researching an alleged claim. We have reviewed your response and our investigation, through our Operations Leadership Team has brought us to a definitive decision of sustaining the initial claim CLM-406098 as Denied. This decision is final. Our apologies for any inconvenience or frustrations. Thank you, DAWN DYER Claims Agent Super Star Car Wash"

I had such a great experience thanks to Roel! He was extremely respectful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. $22 for a ceramic wash, I paid for the tire shine, and the exterior shine. I was not very impressed. The attendance at the PAY kiosk was very friendly and down to earth. The attendant at the entrance of the car wash did not seem very happy to be there, which sometimes I understand who wants to be up at seven in the morning. The individual there literally just sprayed my hood and sprayed once on the window of my car and it was all. I get a better spray down at a car wash in Lake Highlands, where they spray down my whole vehicle and use a brush. I was not very impressed with the service here or the wash itself. It didn’t even take that long and I didn’t feel like it washed good. The drying did not even suffice to take it off all the water at the end there’s a small sign that says you do not have to use a towel if you bought shine guess what I had to use the towel even though I bought the extra shine. I stopped at this car wash before and it’s always been an issue. This stop it’s just convenient when I need to wash my vehicle and this is the first time I decided to do a review on this place And I’ve always had an issue with this place with the price. It is just tremendously expensive for the wash.
