This is really a nice car wash. All the people are super friendly. Sometimes it gets crowded and busy but it’s not too bad. They always have plenty of supplies on hand thank you for the hard work you guys do.
Great experience! This car wash really goes above and beyond. They offer free towels, free vacuums, and even free air fresheners, which makes a huge difference. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. Johnie was especially great, super kind, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
I had a not so good experience first but the manager Johnny came to my rescue and turned the whole situation around. He is a smart young man who gives me hope for the future generations. He understands customer service and experience is key and so my issue I had he helped resolve it and promised me that it would be better next time I come. So I will definitely keep coming here and I truly appreciate this nice young man Johnny the manager who went above to make sure I was satisfied. I’ll be back just because of that!
This was my first time at this car wash and Johnie was amazing! He explained everything, was super friendly, and made the whole experience feel easy. My car looks great and I left feeling really pleased with the service. Definitely coming back!
I brought my car to this WhiteWater Express in Irving and as my car was coming out of the wash, the rear driver‑side tail light got knocked loose and damaged. I pointed it out to staff right away and shared photos, and was told it would be looked into. Since then, I’ve been following up and still don’t have a clear answer or commitment to cover the repair. Accidents happen, but the lack of communication and ownership has been really frustrating. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this location.
