Eric M helped me with the quote and the first part of my garage replacement. Superb customer service and helpful. He explained everything and helped me select the services I needed. I ended up doing basically a full replacement of motor railing and door. Eric didnt make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. So five stars. The service was equally amazing. If it means anything ... its so nice I am cleaning out my garage haha 😄

Freddy diagnosed the problem without hesitation and was able to replace the old motor (installed in ‘98), replace the bar and re-establish connection within a little over an hour. He was professional, polite and patient while showing me the app for the opener. I appreciated the same day service as well.

Superior Garage Door is a reliable and professional company. Jason, the salesperson, is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He came and gave me an estimate for repairs and replacements. I’m satisfied with the service and the products. I decided to have the motor hardware, and door with insulation replaced. The total cost was under $5K.
