Used Sydney Pet Boarding for years for cats and dogs. Great care, friendly staff, continued with the medications and diets our pets were on and pets always return happy and in good condition. Dogs have large roaming areas, have a fair bit of outside time and a seniors section for older dogs. Definitely recommend
I have left my two Ragdoll cats at Sydney pet boarding a number of times. They are perfectly happy and relaxed whilst there and in excellent condition when I pick them up. What distinguishes this boarding kennel is that they treat your pets as their own.
In last minute, I had to look for a good place to leave my 14,5yo dog who has a medical treatment… I got very lucky to found this amazing Pet boarding! The staff is available, lovely and super friendly! It is also very important to mention that since it is a smaller pet boarding, dogs are allowed to be outside for several hours (depending on the weather) which is amazing compare to most of the pet boardings that I called…. I recommend 100%. I believe that my senior dog had a very good time!! He came back home completely fine and happy :) I also received some news, saw some photos on social media, it was very reassuring! Thank you again for your professionalism!
Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards Lisa, Michelle and the staff. You looked after Norman as though he was your own child. An incredible place to leave your pets if you want warmth, care and an amazing experience. We will be forever indebted to you ❤️
Thank you Lisa and Rosslyn for looking after Stevie our anxious British bulldog. What a dream team!!! Lisa was so patient and empathetic and her willingness to persevere meant that she was able to alleviate Stevie’s anxiety so that she would eat, drink, sleep and play with the tribe at SPB. She doesn’t do any of those things with a pet sitter in our own home! I have total confidence in leaving my little buddy with the amazing team at Sydney pet boarding as I know she will be treated like one of their family.
