I found this company online for a basement makeover and decided to give them a try after reading reviews, and they turned out to be the best. First of all, Raphael grabbed a pen and paper to design the kitchen within minutes of his first visit, which I used to order cabinets, sinks and appliances. They converted a partially finished basement into a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, showed up on time and did a fanatic job. I’ve hired him twice after that, including a fireplace makeover.
Raphael was professional and efficient and did a fantastic job doing multiple odd jobs around my house, including building an entirely new handrail for my exterior stairs! I will call him again next time I need any handyman services.
Raphael was my handyman for two years. Although he was not the most punctual person, the work was great. That is until this past year. We originally were going to redo our kitchen and master bath, and gave him $8.5k deposit. Before any work was started, we changed our minds and canceled. It was around the holidays, and he used the deposit for gifts, and was unable to return our money. About a month later, we decided to paint the interior. BIG MISTAKE, SUB PAIR JOB!!! He was not on site everyday and his team were not professional painters. BLUF: a crappie jobpair and didn't return $1.2k for the job. He has not returned ay of my text. Beware; he is not the honorable man he pretends to be.
Raphael was super responsive, quick to come address an urgent repair in our ceiling. His work was high quality, reasonably priced, and fast. We are glad to have found an excellent and reliable contractor!
