Haley J was the best server I have ever had at a Texas Roadhouse. Great job. Food was great as always. The Mozz sticks were a great addition, and the cheese pull is legit.
I went here after a rough day to treat myself. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. I didn't really know what i was craving, so I ordered a little bit of everything. My appetizers came out quickly. And then my salad and then the rest of my food. My waiter was very attentive. Making sure my drink was full and that I didn't need anything. I took my time and enjoyed my visit. I didn't realize I was his last table, because the place was packed, until I decided to pay. He was patient and did not rush me. I tipped him well and I look forward to another visit to this location.
I am not someone who really writes reviews for things and definitely not normally for a chain but tonight I had one of the best experiences I’ve had in a restaurant in years. Though the online app and doing that ahead which helped us get to a table quicker was awesome, the real star of the show was our waiter! Our waiter, Troy or “IceMan”, was so friendly and kind, patient and attentive. He immediately made sure we had drinks and was so quick to refill our rolls. He then took our order without even writing it down and it came out not only quickly but RIGHT! like okay memory!!!!!! During the ordering process my brain literally died and he was so patient and so graceful letting me take my time remembering what I wanted. Often times when I struggle remembering I can tell the waiter/waitress is impatient w me and tonight that was far from the case! While we ate our food which was tasty he without asking got me another drink as well as when we were nearing the end of eating he again without asking brought us boxes. Service like this is how you get regulars. Which we hope to become. I was so impressed I tipped a 100% tip which I’ve never done before. To whatever owner or manager of this establishment you need to give this man a raise and make sure it comes w a bonus!
This was a great overall experience. Our server was so nice and kind. We ordered our appetizers and they cane out hot and quickly. Our salads where also really good. The steak was amazing and cooked perfectly. I didn't give this a 5 because its not the best I have ever had before. That takes nothing away from the taste and experience!
Last experience here was horrible. Service was terrible, me and my boyfriend were sat in between two screaming babies. My food was supposed to be well done and it was medium rare and the fries were extremely soggy. When I told the supervisor about this, she said she would be right back with a new plate in 10 mins, and she totally forgot about me and never came back. Very disappointing.
