Worked with Charles and what an amazing experience. The first time I went to buy a watch Charles took the time to explain the process for the wishlist, patiently worked with me to show different options and what works best and looks best. Was very curious about the story and why buying now. Helped me with the wishlist. Once the watch became available very patiently worked with me to explain the features and movements and why they are so coveted. Helped with sizing and just truly made feel valued. Overall amazing experience.
Many thanks to Robert Hunter at 1916 for getting me the new Tudor Black Bay 58 in burgundy really fast. Absolutely beautiful. Incredibly accurate chronometer movement, as it should be. Having done watch repair myself in the past, I was able to carefully size the bracelet myself after a quick FedEx delivery to my home in Rehoboth Beach. Thanks again and Happy New Year!
Wanted to brag on Liz and how wonderful she was to work with and how she nailed it on my custom ring project, which wasn’t easy. I’m sure given that I had disappointing experiences with my custom ring upgrade with an Atlanta vendor. I love how it looks like a traditional engagement ring in a lot of ways, but with a twist within the lemon quartz. Very “me” - which she worked hard to figure out. Liz also did a great job of helping me understand how the size stone would look in the setting and thought a lot about what gemstone would be a good fit for my wish list. I am so pleased!

I brought my soon to be son In-law into see Kristen to purchase my daughter’s engagement ring and she was amazing. When making her ring the casting broke leaving us no time to get this ring in on time for the proposal and now stressing because I wanted this to be perfect for them. Kristen went above and beyond to get this ring in including hand delivering it to me with plenty of time to spare. Kristen made this experience Awesome considering the hiccup we had.
