I got a pair of earrings from Towson Jewelers for Christmas. They were damaged with bent and uneven posts out of the box. We tried to return them with the receipt on Jan 3, and were turned down - they had to be returned within 7 days per store policy. I don't recommend shopping at this store for holiday or birthday gifts if there's any chance you will need to return the item.
Wonderful, professional, caring, friendly-- a few words to describe Farhana. My ring had a broken prong and needed to be reset. The result is amazing-- better than it ever looked! So grateful for the personalized care and attention to detail. This should be everyone's go-to jeweler! Thank you so much!!
Farhana was absolutely amazing! She not only took care of my watch, but took the time to educate me on proper care and maintenance. She is SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE about watches, and she completed my request in record time. I will definitely be back if I need anything watch/jewelry-related!
They provided good customer service. He replaced my battery and add links to my Michele watch. Highly recommend and the price was not bad at all. Will return.
