I was lucky enough to spend two days with Rich at his beautiful home learning Vedic meditation. I went in with an open mind and ready to make the most of the experience. Rich delivered not only the practical skills to confidently practise meditation, but also the knowledge and evidence behind why it works. His depth of understanding around breathing and its connection to the nervous system strongly supported the entire meditation process and helped everything make sense on a deeper level. He is incredibly friendly, approachable, and generous with his time, creating a relaxed and supportive learning environment. I left feeling well equipped, informed, and genuinely excited to continue the practice.
I first reached out to Rich a few years ago after coming across his practice just by chance while scrolling. I always new that meditation was the key to life, however it had always been too difficult. I had tried several times with different methods but not too successfully. Rich had a very simple option, and I decided to give it a go. I did a small training course with Rich and then set off on my way to practise. His method proved extremely easy and I have had many deep mediations since taking the course. Rich provides monthly zoom calls where we all get together and meditate, these are awesome and some of the best meditations that I’ve had. I recently attended a 4-day workshop with Rich which included a lot of meditating, breathwork, sauna & ice bath and some amazing food. This retreat took my practise to the next level. I was having good results with my meditation, however I never really knew the science behind it. After completing the workshop, everything fell into place, and I now have a much deeper understanding of how and why. The breathwork workshops were amazing and the penny finally dropped as to how important the breath is, its EVERYTHING. Thanks for your teachings, mate, you’re an awesome facilitator and a wonderful person to go with it.
Learning Vedic Meditation with Rich has been life-changing. He creates such a reverent and supportive space, and his passion for teaching is clear. The sessions were grounded and easy to follow.
