Claud is amazing! I was hesitant to alter my gold jewelry, but Claud made the whole experience easy and reassuring. A long necklace was transformed into a shorter necklace, a ring, and a bracelet, absolutely beautiful work. So kind and incredibly talented. Highly recommend!
Claude was able to restore a necklace, which had been my mother's favourite piece. The necklace is over 50 years old and was missing some stones. He was able to put a rush on it, as I am not from Toronto. I cannot express how happy my heart is with the result. I highly recommend.
Claude is the real deal. I brought in my university graduation ring because it didn’t fit right and I honestly had no clue what I was doing I even asked if he could just stretch it. He took the time to explain why that was a bad idea and steered me toward the right way to do it, which I really appreciated. He resized it perfectly , then polished and cleaned it, and even showed me around his shop while he walked me through the process. When I picked it up, it looked better than when I first brought it in. Fit is perfect, finish is flawless, and the whole experience felt honest and professional.
