After working with Karina I now enjoy going to the gym! The workouts are perfectly tailored and also challenging which allows for so much growth. Karina and the rest of the Thesis staff are super knowledgeable and encouraging which makes training not only informative but fun! Going to the gym & working out no longer feels dreadful thanks to Thesis! Additionally the meal plans and tips with nutrition makes the experience super holistic and ensures that by the end of this journey I’ll be good to keep working out on my own in all aspects. I have been working with Julian D. at Thesis for about 6 weeks now, and I can already see results. Julian did a comprehensive interview with me about my goals, and then devised a plan to achieve them. He is very careful to explain every exercise, what it does and how to perform it correctly, is a great motivator, and also regularly follows up about nutrition and cardio. He's been excellent and I look forward to continuing working with him. Everyone else at Thesis has been very friendly and great. Highly recommend!
As a non-active beginner to strength training, I found Thesis gym to be very approachable and my experience positive. It is so great to work with Woody - he has years of industry experience and it’s really apparent in the sessions. His guidance is realistic, to-the-point and effective for both in the gym and in nutrition. He’s been spot on with my programming based on my performance and energy levels. I’ve made so much progress that I can see and feel. Most importantly, working with Woody has helped reshape my mindset around strength training - I’m no longer intimidated by weightlifting or injuring myself and can’t wait to see where it takes me next. Thesis gym fave features: very tailored program, little-to-no wait time for machines/bench availability, different trainers can fill in for main trainer, trainers are kind and uplifting (even the ones that I never worked with, thank you to whoever shouted “look at her go!”)
Thesis Gym is transformational. As someone who lacked experience going to a gym, I feared I would feel like an imposter; however, that feeling was quickly dispelled. Thesis was incredibly accepting of me. My trainer, Woody, developed a workout routine that challenged me and pushed me in ways I didn’t think were possible. Each week that passed, I noticed myself becoming more confident in myself, an issue I was struggling with prior to joining Thesis. I possessed a feeling of excitement to attend each training session, as my body and mind were feeling better each day. The gym environment is incredibly motivating; everyone present is determined to become the best version of themselves. Woody continuously reminded me that putting in the work leads to great results—I can confidently say I have done that, thanks to Thesis. Woody is especially knowledgeable regarding nutrition and sports performance, which I had previously lacked. I truly valued how determined Woody was to assist me in achieving my goals. Not only is Woody a remarkable trainer, but also an incredibly kind soul on a personal level. The connections established throughout the process made the training even more meaningful. Other trainers, including Nate, Trevel, and Natalia, continued to support me each day I walked into the gym; I am endlessly thankful for their motivation and belief in me. Over the course of three months, I have learned so much, and I am so grateful that personal training gyms like Thesis exist. I wholeheartedly recommend Thesis Gym to any individual seeking to begin their fitness journey. The message explicated within the gym is clear: be the proof—a phrase I will carry with me as I continue my fitness journey. My experience at Thesis has been excellent. Since joining nearly a year ago, I’ve seen significant gains in strength and pushed myself in ways I couldn’t have imagined. The facility and equipment are top-notch, and above all, it’s been such a pleasure working with my trainer, Nate. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things strength training, and his positive attitude is infectious. His approach is very collaborative (e.g., working with you to determine your goals, incorporating exercises that you like) and motivating. Without his support, I would not have made nearly as much progress. I highly recommend Thesis to anyone who is interested in strength training, regardless of whether you’ve done it before or not.
