I’ve been using Third Space on and off now for a number of years. Strangely enough it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to London. In my opinion it’s easily one of the best Gyms in the country. It’s pricey, but if you use the Gym most days is worth it. Very friendly atmosphere great amenities (towel service / shaving lotion, swimming pool, sauna, ice baths e.t.c) are a total winner for me. Lucy Shiplee is my PT, and her vast experience and enthusiasm to get me to the gym to workout is limitless… some gyms say they will change your life but you loose motivation and desire after a few weeks. But Third space and their PT’s (Lucy) actually do what it says on the tin. Also even busy times the gyms arnt that crowded. Sometimes you have to wait to get membership into the club. Third space is definitely a positive part of my life…..
This is an excellent gym, with a great selection of equipment, classes and supported by inspiring trainers and friendly attentive staff. The changing rooms are very well equipped and very well kept with help on hand whenever needed. I've been a member of a number of gyms over the last 30 years, this is my favourite and I've been a member for over 5 years with no plans to change!
If you’re somebody whose hobbies revolve around fitness & wellbeing, then this is the perfect gym for you. I used to go to PureGym prior to joining Third Space because I didn’t realise how much the gym environment could impact your willingness to go to the gym and focus on your health. Now I come here and sometimes spent 5 hours at a time on the classes, gym equipment, recovery, spa & cafe. I feel like coming here has completely switched up my fitness routine as I very often fit the gym into my schedule before I have plans, and the fact that you can comfortably get ready here and feel clean is a massive bonus. All of the staff that I’ve met so far have been so lovely, from the concierge team, to the cafe team, to the PTs & class instructors, even the cleaners! And special shout out to the cleaners because I literally see them cleaning non-stop, and it definitely shows with how spotless the changing rooms are specifically. The classes at Third Space are great value for money when you consider that usually in London you’re looking at £22-40 per hour for most disciplines, and as somebody that usually does 5 classes a week at other studios, I’ve managed to utilise the classes here really well. Third Space is actually the first place I tried Hot Yoga, Pilates, & Sound Baths and they are now my new addictions! I do aerial arts & pole outside of gym and the classes here have really complimented my training & conditioning well. The workshops I’ve attended have been so useful too, such as the ‘hot flexibility flow’ and ‘hip rehab & prehab’ workshops which are great for flexibility. I’d like to specifically shout out 2 PTs that I had complimentary sessions with, as they were very knowledgeable and helpful even just in the short space of an hour. Sall & Honor are amazing at what they do and both have great experience. The food & shakes in the cafe are sooo good too. Everything tastes fresh & high quality, and it’s really hard to resist grabbing something as you finish your workout. Get the Strawberry & pistachio shake but make it vegan!! 🤤 My only bit of feedback to improve is that the changing rooms have the air con blasting, which is not really ideal when you’re coming out of the pool area soaking wet and hot, so if that could be changed to room temperature it would be absolutely perfect! ☺️
Gym is very nice. Tons of classes, and great steam room / sauna / pool area. Also the Personal Trainers and Physio are both excellent. I’ve been training with Phil Nolan for a few months and it’s already made a huge difference in my strength and how I feel. And Rachel the Physio had been helping me get my runners knee sorted so I can safely ramp up my miles again for a half marathon. Highly recommend both!
A truly excellent gym! The facilities are modern, clean, and well-organized, with a fully equipped weight room upstairs for any type of workout. The real strength is the personal trainer, who is incredibly competent, motivating, and always attentive to each client's needs. He creates effective personalized programs and guides you step by step, correcting your technique and helping you reach your goals safely and professionally. The atmosphere is positive and friendly, and you immediately feel at ease. Highly recommended for those seeking professionalism, results, and a passion for fitness! 💪🔥
