Thumbs up plumbing was awesome. I called on a Friday evening because I had a burst pipe in the middle of a very cold stretch of weather. I was looking for someone to come repair the pipe as soon as possible and thumbs up had a technician at my house about an hour after I called and they were able to repair the issue that night. I was incredibly grateful for their 24/7 service and impressed with their work. We will absolutely be using them again! Highly recommend!
Shaq repaired 2 valves near my water meter. He did an exceptional job, was on time, there were no issues with the installation and the price was what we expected. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.
Looking at the picture you can see it is not an easy boiler to repair. I called Thumbs Up Plumbing on Saturday night and Sean was here on Monday. Outstanding service and a great personal attention to detail. Also, a very nice and honest person. I have already scheduled them for future service. Thank you Sean!!!
Shaq came out on an emergency call and was more than professional. He wanted to help educate me on our system and the reasons there were issues. He was able to take care of everything that we requested and was unbelievably friendly. We will definitely be using Thumbs Up Plumbing in the future.
