This is a cozy little spot! We really enjoyed it. Although it's on a busy strip heading to Ocean Beach, it was quite quiet. It's in a good location to food, the beach, and liquor stores😂. The only suggestions I have are: the plants along the walkway need to be cut back. We tripped several times leaving the Air B N B. Curtains or blinds up the windows would be nice. It took awhile to get comfortable with that. The couch needs to be replaced, and the pillows are faded and needs to be replaced as well. The tub outside is a nice touch! I enjoyed that. Overall, I would stay again. Nothing mentioned is a deal breaker, but would make for a more pleasurable experience. Thanks for allowing us to rent it!
It was spacious, clean and had a nice little desk with a great comfortable chair. The view in the yard was nice and being able to just relax in it with a couple of drinks with some friends was wonderful. Very peaceful, enough utensils, cutlery and cooking wares for me during my stay. Had everything I needed and nothing I didn't.
Lovely place near the beach. Really enjoyed waking up each morning and walking down to the beach. Conveniently located near restaurants and night life. Would stay at the property again. Quite at night and it’s amazing to be able to hear the and see ocean from the rental
I stayed at a home in La Jolla owned by Titan Beach Rentals and it exceeded my family’s expectations. The views of San Diego and the ocean from the rooftop patio was stunning and serene. We had more than enough space for our family of 5 and would definitely stay here again.
Excellent property in San Diego! We had a terrible experience at the condo we originally booked and had to find a new place to stay, so glad we found this one. Great location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to cafes and shops, very clean, well stocked and maintained house, lots of light and storage, comfortable beds, well decorated and spacious.We loved the hot tub on the roof and the view from up there. Property management responded to all our questions promptly. My family really enjoyed our stay and we’re hoping to comeback again someday.
