Amazing! Tony, Josh and team are great! With decades of catering experience, so impressed and love their food! These are must have’s: biscuit & brisket, shrimp on cracker, cookie (Tony’s mum’s recipe cookie). They’re friendly, professional and their food is soooo good! Everything was excellent! Strong flavorful smoke taste! Best ribs I've had in years! Crispy outside, tender juicy inside! Brisket fell apart through my fork. Beans and mac are very good. Texas toast was buttery and crispy but soft. Spicy BBQ sauce and house BBQ was amazing! Best hidden gem I've found in a decade. And did I mention, the staff is wonderful! Friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended!
