Bought an expensive commercial grade Precor stair mill. After a year it stopped working properly. Took months to get some out to service it. Supposedly needed a new motherboard board. Waited months for the part still doesn’t work properly. Would not give us a replacement for a clearly defective product. The repair company tried three times to fix with no success. Posted this review and finally received a call from them to place the machine.
Stefan was great....came into the store for a 2nd home gym piece and within 15 mins, he helped me find the perfect addition at a significant discount. Great support and customer service!! If you're looking for total gym support, come to Top Fitness!!

I've always been a bigger guy and self conscious about going to a gym. I wanted something to start small and take the first steps to transforming myself. Stefan really took the time to listen to what I wanted and it was really encouraging to feel like I had somebody cheering for me. Thank you for making me feel like I could do it.
I've known Stefan for a long time and he's such an awesome guy that not only have I followed him to this store from a previous one, I gladly make the 7 hour trip to deal with him specifically. He has always taken care of me and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted.
