This shop is absolutely incredible. Called yesterday on a whim looking to get a small little tattoo to honour my brother that recently passed. They got me in as soon as they could and we're more than kind. Leon was my artist and he perfectly captured what I was looking for. It's a very simple piece, but it means the world to me. The kindness and compassion that was shown was beyond words. Leon was professional, kind and empathetic to my situation. The shop and stations were clean and sanitary. The entire experience from start to finish was everything I could have hoped for and more. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you again Leon, you have helped me immensely with the grief that I carry today, and will for the rest of my life.
I recently got a tattoo done by Leon at True Ink and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, Leon was professional, patient, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He made me feel completely comfortable, explained the process clearly, and gave excellent aftercare instructions. The tattoo itself turned out absolutely beautiful — the details, colors, and flow are even better than I imagined. Leon’s artistry and precision really show in the final result. The shop was clean, welcoming, and hygienic, and Leon’s friendly personality made the whole experience enjoyable. I’d highly recommend True Ink to anyone looking for a meaningful and high-quality tattoo.
Had a great tattoo session with Rob. He was super professional and nice. Took the time to make sure the tattoo was perfectly placed so that it would look the best on my leg. He did one of his original designs and it is beautiful so far. I am going back to have it completed soon. Everyone who has seen my tattoo so far has loved it. I definitely recommend him for tattoos
I have been very insecure about my hair loss. And decided I was going to get a tattoo to help with that. I really wanted something amazing i could show off and feel proud of & Rob nailed the design and executed the tattoo perfectly. Exsctly the way I had in my mind so Definetly recommend this place and will be continuing to get more pieces !
During my appointment Robs behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and crossed professional boundaries. I encountered inappropriate and sexually suggestive comments that were unwelcome and unprofessional. This made me feel unsafe and disrespected in a setting where I should have been treated with care and professionalism. I believe it's important for others to be aware. It’s really disappointing as I wanted to be tattooed by other artists within the studio but no longer as I do not feel safe while he is around especially due to the fact all of the other staff listened as he was continuing this behaviour and did nothing about it as though this happens frequently with other women and I was clearly showing how uncomfortable I was. I will not be back, yes I could have spoken up but while being in that situation I was also afraid.
