I am not good with lagree and other reformer equipment based workouts but Maila has been my instructor twice now and she honestly makes you feel so confident, supported and comfortable. Het voice, pace and energy is amazing! I feel great after the class even though im not the best! She’s the reason i sign io to attend here
I’ve been going to TWST for over a year now and recently hit my 100-class milestone, and I truly can’t say enough good things. Going to TWST is the highlight of my day. The teachers have such great energy, they’re incredibly encouraging, and every class feels both fun and challenging. Keri, the founder, is an absolute blast. She taught the most fun workout class I’ve ever taken on Halloween—dressed as Taylor Swift and playing all her music. It was such a memorable, high-energy class. My body has genuinely transformed since joining. I used to struggle with lower back pain, and now it’s completely gone. I came from Club Pilates wanting something more challenging and more like a real workout, and TWST is exactly that. It’s the perfect mix of strength, sweat, and community. Highly recommend!
I love TWST. The instructors are all kind, supportive and challenging. I’ve gone to a lot of Lagree classes over the years and these are my favorite. Having a baby at 40 is no joke and the classes here have made me feel stronger than ever. It’s a very welcoming environment and they have lots of convenient class times so you can make it part of your routine.
I’m super new to the gym and I’ve taken LP classes the most. She is super sweet and hands down one of the best Lagree instructors I’ve ever had. She’s motivating without being intimidating, explains movements clearly, and always makes sure everyone has proper form. Yes, her classes are tough but super rewarding—I always leave feeling stronger and looking forward to my next class with her. I rearranged my work and other gym schedule just for her classes only !!! Highly recommend her to anyone looking to level up their workouts!
Absolutely love taking Lagree classes here! The teachers are amazing - absolutely love LP, Amy, Aliza and Kerrie (and so many more great teachers) - so dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly inspiring. They push you in the best way while making sure your form is right, so you get the most out of every class. You can tell they really care about helping each one of us grow stronger. Couldn’t recommend this studio enough!
