Wow. I thought I was going to have to get a new phone, but these fellas saved me! The back of my Samsung s21 started the come off. I thought it might be the battery overheating so I quickly stopped in this shop as it was nearby. After a quick assessment, he applied some new adhesive, said the battery was fine, just keep it in a case, and I was out the door. 15 minutes, friendly, and inexpensive! Thank you!

These people are highly qualified experts. They're also nice people. They explain everything and give you an actual quote of cost and time. Their prices are reasonable. If they don't have your specific part in stock, they order it and call you when it has arrived. Then ... they just fix it. They will also fix very small, simple things which are secondary to your initial repair for minimal extra charge (or free.) I'm not going to break my phones or tablets on purpose, but I know where to take them (just in case.) 😁

Freddie was most helpful. He handled the stress of being the only one at the store working. Was able to set up a new phone and explained every step of the process. Recommend this place highly for mobile device repairs.

The guys here are fantastic! I'm so glad I got Asurion + insurance and found about this place because I needed to bring in my laptop for two repairs in one month. My claims were handed in a very fast manner and Sayed is a very nice and smart man so I want to give a special shoutout to him. There was another guy who helped me with filing my first claim but I didn't get his name. Everyone here has been friendly and this is my new go-to place and I'll be recommending everyone I know to go here if they have problems with their devices.

It was an experience I won't forget! 10/10 Sent my phone in due to the dreaded Reboot Loop. Initial fix was to retrieve my photos and videos cause I know the blue screen = new phone at this point. Took my phone in on the 19th and bless all their hearts for trying to fix my phone onsite to the best of their abilities. In the end, it had to be sent to the lab. I understand data problems are 1000% more critical than external, so sure, it took about 2 weeks for me to get my phone backed up but my goodness, I can say they really did their best. 🙏 I called mostly everyday to the point where they all knew me by now - haha! But they all treated me with respect and patience which I truly appreciate. The quote was not the price I paid but that's to be expected especially after fully diagnosing my phone. In the end, I got my photos and videos back as well as some of my data 🙂‍↕️!! Sayed and his team were not only friendly but also very professional! Highly recommend this store! Thank you for not giving up on my phone 😭 I mean it's dead but you guys got my data back!
