5 Stars! Excellent customer service, reasonably Priced, Quality work and quick repair time. If you have an electronic device that needs repaired or an hdmi port on a Xbox series X that needs to be replaced like i did, highly recommend these guy's. Thanks again Roman @ UBREAKIFIX !!

I came into the West location yesterday for a new screen protector. I was so impressed with how polite, professional, and respectful Roman was to me. Do not take your repair to this location. I initially rated this establishment 5 stars but now that has changed. I first went in for a screen repair that was covered by the manufacturer. My phone screen was replaced quickly and I thought all was fine. That was until I realized after the screen repair one of my microphones didn't work. I was unable to record my voice for voice messages or do text to speech. When I came back to the establishment they checked out the phone again and claimed nothing they did was the cause. The employees refused to take accountability for their actions and said I needed to contact the manufacturer. I contacted support and was given the option for a free repair from this shop however the shop employees refused to order the part to fix my phone. And so I had to spend 3 hours of my life on support chats getting a different solution. I did not break my microphone, it worked before you touched it and didn't after. That is on you, and you should have come up with a solution for me. I called the other location in Wichita and they said it should've been no problem for this store to order the part needed to make the repair. Shame on you. All I wanted from them was to apologize, take accountability and order the replacement part and fix their mistake.

I know im late typing this review for my bro but Shoutouts to my brother Alex down at UBreakIFix 🔥💪🏾🫡👍🏿‼️ Had an Overheating PC and he helped me out big time...He's great at what he does and he gets you taken care of and he's got his heart in it for helping people with their tech issues!! He communicates, gives you advice, and just outright very kind and friendly.. Be patient with him and let him take care of you and youll be happy in the end.. I recommend anybody to him and the team at UBreakiFix!! Thanks again brother !! Yiu deserve this review from me!!

Did a good job of giving me back my phone after it been in water. Only four stars because I didn't receive a receipt and I didn't ask for it since I got distracted by his sales pitch for the insurance program. They now have. Just hoping it comes out correct on my credit card. I think he may have been a new employee as he was very slow in the morning and I finally had to ask him to get some more help out
