VIN312 Winery im Ravenswood-Viertel von Chicago bietet einen gemütlichen Verkostungsraum im Warehouse-Stil, in dem der Wein vor Ort hergestellt wird. Gäste können den Weinherstellungsprozess besichtigen und aufmerksame Verkostungen genießen, die von Madeline, der Barkeeperin, und Warner, dem Winzer, geleitet werden. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten freundliches Personal, eine intime Atmosphäre, eine wechselnde Auswahl an Rebsorten, darunter Super Tuscan, Barbera und Touché Rosé, sowie einen Weinclub.

Absolutely badass bartender, it was a very blessed experience meeting good people in an intimate setting having good wine, their cab was definitely my favorite. Very lovely spot to stop in if you’re in the area!
A little gem in Ravenswood. The winemaker gives tours and tastings. He makes wine onsite. It’s a process and a labor of love. My favorite is the super Tuscan, Barbera and Tenot. Movies nights outdoors for the next few weeks. The tasting room is very comfortable with plenty of cozy seating. Check out jazz nite one a month and salsa night as well!
We popped in here on a whim 5 months ago and loved the wine so much we left as club members. Great wine, interesting varietals, and friendly staff. Every time we visit, it's a struggle to decide which wines to take home since we usually want them all.
Some may say it's the wine talking...but stop #4 on day 3 of the wine tour was easily the best stop of the weekend! We had the pleasure of making it just in time and getting a personal lesson from the founder and wine expert Warner himself. It was basically a free wine tasting class filled with fun stories, interesting facts, and of course, great wine. Personally I was a fan of the Super Tuscan. My wife enjoyed the Cab Franc. But all of us Rosé haters LOVED the Touché Rosé. Talk about a fitting name. The small feel made this place stand out from all the other over-commercialized wineries and truly showed the beauty of unique and complex wines. Not to mention you can't beat the price!! A fun little place to have a glass of wine! You’re literally just a few feet away from where they make, blend, and bottle the wine. The bar is a nice comfortable room in kind of a warehouse setting. We did a Groupon here the other night for a wine tasting and had an amazing time. Madeline, the bartender, thoughtfully explained all of the wines and was very attentive. She couldn’t have been nicer or more interesting, a world class bartender. We got lucky and Warner, the wine maker, was there working during our visit and he walked us through some of the process and answered all of our questions. What an unexpected and cool delight! I haven’t even touched on the quality of the wines but would truly give every single wine we tasted an enthusiastic thumbs up. This little place knows wine and hospitality, I can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!
