Needed four new tires, had them there by that afternoon, and in and out in about an hour. Pricing was good and customer service was old school like you don’t see anymore.
Got discount tires from a shop in NOVA and was procrastinating on a vibration absolutely due to them not being balanced properly. Decided on a road trip and the vibration was just too much so found Vonderlehr on google with their high reviews ratings as I was driving through Richmond. I called and they were extremely pleasent and accommodating on my situation. They were ready for me when I arrived and started working immediately. Price was great and I was back on the road in under an hour. Highly recommend
I had to have my car towed to this service on my way to North Carolina during the holiday season, and was understandably anxious about making it there the same day. They addressed the issue efficiently. The pricing was also very reasonable, and I appreciated that they didn't take advantage of my urgent situation.
I've purchased all of my tires from Vonderlehr as long as I've owned a vehicle. I'm 43. My father has done the same. He's 75. They always have the best price and their customer service is something that's hard to find these days. They have been in business for 100+ years for a reason. I had to leave a review after my last tire purchase a month or so ago. A few days after I left, I received a HANDWRITTEN "thank you for your business" card from John. That's something you NEVER see these days! Thanks, once again, for giving my truck some pretty new shoes...and you'll have a 3rd generation of my family looking for tires real soon...God help us! : )
I’ve brought a couple vehicles here and both times I’ve been so impressed with their quality of service. Impeccable. And I’ve been to other local shops (I won’t name names) that were horrible. In one instance, I went in for new tires and left needing body work because on of their employees tried driving my car into a port and took a corner too sharp and too fast. These guys are the complete opposite. Total pros. And friendly. Plus they’re independently owned. And their shop is just full of fun stuff to look at. It’s like going back in time.
