We recently had a couple outlets stop working after a circuit breaker tripped. We were able to make an appointment for the next weekday, even though it was a holiday, and Jake Burd came earlier than expected during the window they communicated. The initial estimate they gave was around 2 hours, and he was able to resolve the issue in under an hour, saving us money from being so efficient. We would highly recommend Wilcox Electric and look forward to use them again

Dimas M. and Axel E. with Wilcox Electric did an excellent job completing the electrical work for our new induction stove. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. I recently hired Wilcox Electric to move an electrical outlet in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. My technician, David Smith, was the star of the show. He was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly knew his craft inside and out. He explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, and he completed the primary job efficiently and with great care. I will be completely honest: when I saw the time estimated for the job, it felt manufactured to be longer than the hour I clocked myself (maybe some time was spent sitting in the car before coming in). When I realized I had to pay for an unused 20 minutes, David stayed for the full duration and used the extra time proactively to look around and complete a few other small electrical tasks that were helpful. This turned what could have felt like a simple service call into real value, ensuring I received thorough attention for the investment. It’s clear that Wilcox Electric values integrity and customer satisfaction. David’s workmanship is top-notch, and his attitude is even better. I’ve now used Wilcox twice. I initially got two ceiling fans installed and it took them about 1 hr and 15 mins. Very good timing, shoutout Denmar and his helper! My most recent job was having some lighting and a wall heater installed, shoutout to David Smith! Took him about an hour and a half. Both times were very smooth and priced reasonably. Will continue to use them for my electrical needs.

We need to replace our bathroom fan, install a GFi outlet in our bathroom, and update some outlets in our bedroom. Dimas Moran and his assistant did amazing work. They were so nice, were kind to my dog, and got it all done without needing any extra repairs to my wall which I had been expecting. Overall, 10/10 service and would highly recommend.
