My first visit to Williams no one came to help. My second visit i walked in to get help purchasing and loading plants. The desk workers were not friendly nor seemed interested. The landscape roses were showing quite a lot of the yellow spot type infection anyway. I just left. Very humiliating encounter. I don't suggest this nursery for the DIY type folks. I have a master gardener certificate & degree in biology. I can plant my own things.

If you need any kind of help the staff has the answers. I have been working with them for over 15 years. The company is ran by a great family and it shows in every aspect of their Professional Facing Store Front. Don't take my word I feel confident to have you go in and see for yourself. I own a small landscaping company and Williams nursery is by far the best plant nursery around. Jane in the office is the BEST!!! She is so helpful and very knowledgeable with all the plants there. I drive a hour and ten minutes from our shop and pass multiple other places just because the service and selection is like no one else.
