Bought the item already past best before date for 4months. Ademir said the best before date is not expired date that’s the production date. So I went to the shelf there’s another bottle says best before date 2027. how come year 2027 is the production year ? Totally a LIER. Try to talk to the store manager he said he’s the manger. He refused the return because that’s a food.

Everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful. It was raining as we left the store so I waited for my husband to bring the car around since I had my 5 month old in the baby carrier. And one of the lovely ladies working offered to walk me to the roundabout with an umbrella. 10000/10 customer service. I wish I had caught her name!

Lorena is Great, she is the best in the store! This five stars are only for her! She helped to find all items I need when nobody was paying attention. I have to say that I’m very disappointed of Williams Sonoma in California, your customer service is awful. Hire more people as Lorena

Excellent service and knowledgeable people. You have to try this seasonal hot chocolate it's amazing! I had to order 6 cans- it's the only hot cocoa that has actual chocolate shavings! delicious.....
