Had an excellent brunch there today. The new brie bites were our favorite. My best friend and I enjoy going here for a glass of Moscato and charcuterie. Today since we wanted to add a lil extra we also opted to try the Brie Bites and the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. The Brie Bites had that flakey crust surrounding the Brie and topped with jam which were amazing. I loved the hummus, but I wasnt a fan of it with the carrots (personal preference, my friend liked it). The charcuterie was amazing with 3 cheeses, meats, nuts, etc.
I frequent this establishment often, typically on Wednesday. I am the only minority (African American). This post is not an insult to the establishment, rather the type of people who go there. I overheard a comment from the only occupied table; “ I am not racist, just privileged”. This comment was followed by laughter throughout the table. All were Caucasian. This was a very unsettling feeling. This behavior is absolutely disgusting. It is not 1960. This type of behavior is not acceptable at all. To the parties involved, you are extremely ignorant, cowardly and uneducated. I don’t want to affiliate with a business that has no integrity and allows this to go on.
There's such a friendly feeling here because everyone is so nice! It's like going to CHEERS and everyone knows your name...even if you're alone. Great wines, full bar, delicious charcuterie boards, Flatbread and snacks. All the staff is knowledgeable but I want to give a special shout out to Heather tonight. She saw that I was "down" and was a good listener. I love this fun, caring place!
Ambiance is superb, and the selection of wines and cocktails is amazing! I also enjoy the appetizers. If you are looking for a low key, yet quiet and intimate date with good drinks and tasty small plates, I highly recommend you give this place a try!
Wine Cellar 510 ist ausgezeichnet! Ich habe hier einen Junggesellinnenabschied ausgerichtet und das Personal war während der Planung sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Die Gemüseplatte, die Fleisch- und Käseplatte sowie der Spinat- und Artischocken-Dip waren fantastisch. Sie haben die perfekten Weine ausgewählt, die serviert wurden. Viele Gäste bezeichneten Wine Cellar 510 als den 'perfekten Ort'. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
