Before ordering, I was assured an express order placed on Saturday would arrive by Monday. After paying, I was then told the staff member “got their days wrong” and that delivery would be Tuesday instead. I was later explicitly assured the dresses would definitely be delivered by Tuesday at 11am. They weren’t. Once payment was taken, communication stopped completely. Multiple emails, texts, and online chat attempts were ignored, despite how responsive the business was before taking my money. This was not an Australia Post issue, tracking shows the parcel was lodged by the sender on Tuesday at 2:20pm. I was left without an outfit for my event and with no assistance whatsoever. People often wonder why small businesses don’t survive. Experiences like this explain exactly why. Would not recommend.
Each transaction has been completely stress free. The communication is prompt and thorough and the ladies always go above and beyond to assist. Zaliya is one of the few Boutiques that don’t judge and don’t make you feel uncomfortable when trying things on. 100% would recommend - a thousand times over.
This was my first time purchasing from here! I ordered the Kassam maxi dress and it was absolutely amazing! The quality and fit were both incredible. Even better was the help I received from their team members! I was needed to exchange sizes in a short timeframe to ensure I had the dress for an event and they were incredible at making that happen and went above and beyond.
