Freedom Riders National Monument

Explore the story of the Freedom Riders through the Junior Ranger Program in Anniston, Alabama.

The NPS Junior Ranger program is an activity-based program that allows visitors the opportunity to join the National Park Service "family" as Junior Rangers. Participants complete a series of activities during a park visit, share their answers with a park ranger, and receive an official Junior Ranger badge. To get started visit the Historic Anniston Greyhound Bus Depot or the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce in Anniston to get a book.
