The film gives visitors context to visit the battlefield and to learn the overall strategy and structure to the battle itselt. The film is shown in the park's auditoreum, which is located at the rear of the bookstore/gift shop in the Visitor Center. The film is on a timed loop, and starts at 15 minutes past the hour. The first showing is at 9:15 am, the last showing is at 4:15 pm.

There is an entrance fee charged to use and enter the park, for any purpose. This includes the Visitor Center and auditorium. Visitors can either pay the $5 day pass, $40 annual pass, or use any of the Interagency Passes (which are also available for purchase in the Visitor Center).
