Abó Ranger-Led Hike

Join Park Rangers for a ranger led hike at Abó every Friday at 11 am. Hikes are open to the public and no reservation is required. Bring plenty of water and snacks and wear comfortable shoes and proper clothing.

Every Saturday starting at 11:00 am. Programs will be conducted on the paved, half-mile interpretive loop trail. Additionally, visitors will have an opportunity to walk through the remants of the mission church and convento.

The paved, interpretive loop trail is 3 feet wide and about a half mile long. It is relatively flat and sun exposed. The inside of the mission church and convento is flat with loose gravel. The convento can be roughly 1.5 feet narrow at times. The site has pit-style restrooms available along with a visitor center and bookstore. Bring plenty of water and snacks and wear comfortable shoes and proper clothing.
