No worries, you can purchase one at the B. Free Franklin Post Office. Hand your stamped postcard/envelope to the mail clerk in the B. Free Franklin Post Office. Appointed postmaster of Philadelphia in 1737, Franklin later became co-Postmaster General (of the North American colonies) for the British (1757-1774).
