Relax in the picnic area, located off of South Abutment Road.
Relax and enjoy lunch in the picnic area, located off of South Abutment Road. The picnic area includes a covered pavilion and numerous picnic tables. A comfort station is also available. From the picnic area, visitors can access the Carriage Road Nature Trail. Johnstown Flood National Memorial is a Trash Free Park. Please pack out all trash when you leave. Park grounds are open daily from sunrise to sunset. Please note that we do not take reservations for the picnic area.
