Talking About Roger Williams

Roger Williams National Memorial

Enjoy an engaging discussion about the religious, political, social, and philosophical beliefs on one of Modern America's earliest founders. These brief programs last 20-30 minutes.

Talking About Roger with a Ranger Roger Williams was one of the greatest philosophers of the 1600s. His passionate plea for the separation of church and state still resonates in our public discourse. Both loved and hated by his contemporaries, his legacy remains unresolved. And at its core are the questions, how much say does the government have in our personal choices? And who gets to decide?
