Hikers need to assume individual responsibility for planning their trips and hiking safely. Access: The trail is mostly flat and covered in dirt and grass. There are boardwalks to cross marshy areas. A boardwalk footbridge crosses at the intersection of Dancing Marsh and Popes Creek. The trail near the Rockefeller Barn is relatively steep and has a grassy incline or decline depending which way it is entered. The trail near Popes Creek is a steep incline or decline depending on which way it is entered and has loose gravel steps. Parking: Four designated spots at the Visitor Center Parking Lot. Restrooms: At the Visitor Center, men's and women's restrooms are wheelchair accessible with door operating by a push- button. Can be accessed from inside or outside.
