Chapel of the Transfiguration

Grand Teton National Park

Visit the historic Chapel of the Transfiguration.

The Chapel of the Transfiguration was built on land donated by Maud Noble. The chapel was built so settlers wouldn't have to travel into Jackson for church services. Today, the chapel still serves as a house of worship and offers religious services to the public. The chapel is part of the Menors Ferry Historic District. Please be respectful when visiting as it is a house of worship. To access the Chapel of the Transfiguration, drive the Teton Park Road and follow signs for the chapel and Menors Ferry just north of the Moose entrance station.
