Jakub is fantastic! When my boiler developed an issue, he came out straight away and completely saved the day. He’s highly skilled, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would highly recommend him.
Jakub was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He provided us with clear options and recommendations when our boiler broke down and went on to carry out the work quickly and to a high standard. We would have no hesitation recommending Jakub and his workmanship to others.
Jakub was superb! The boiler had an error message, Jakub understood exactly what to do, arrived promptly and was incredibly kind and responsive. Rates extremely reasonable and service was superb. 10/10 would use again and highly recommend him!
Excellent service. Our boiler broke down while we were away over Christmas, and the first repair service we tried kept us waiting all day then charged £150 despite not fixing (or even properly diagnosing) the issue. We contacted Jakub for a second opinion - he came out promptly, diagnosed the issue in five minutes, and had sourced and fitted the necessary replacement parts within two days. He was very knowledgeable, clear in his communication and followed through on everything he said he’d do. Would highly recommend.
I don't often write reviews but when our boiler broke on Boxing day Jakub was over within hours and a fitted a new boiler the next day (a Saturday!). He was very professional, kept in good contact throughout, providing us with upfront costs and options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 123-Gas Edinburgh.
