This is a lovely boutique gallery I love to visit when I’m seeing family in Anchorage. Such a carefully curated selection of clothing, accessories, local artisan made items and gift ideas galore!!! This is a MUST see and you can never leave without a treasure to take home!
2 Friends was an amazing find during our trip to Anchorage. This gallery is filled with such a variety of pieces, that it's hard to know what to take home because "everything" is probably not going to fit. We did take home one of the consignment pieces and the staff here listened to some other things we were looking for and recommended other galleries in town. Anchorage is blessed to have 2 Friends as part of their strong art community!
OMG. My favorite store in Anchorage. The limited amount of inventory insures not wearing the same outfit as your girlfriends 💜 And the ladies who work there are lovely.
Be warned, it is impossible to visit 2 Friends without spending money. This is one of my favorite galleries in Alaska. Go in once and you will be on a first name basis with all who work there. They participate in First Friday and have a great e-newsletter to let folks know about their monthly shows. Fun signature yellow and red free gift packaging as well.
I stopped in with my mom the other day durring a little personal gallery tour we decided to do and this was by far the best place we visited. The variety of pieces is fantastic, and not just style but of age as well. And their prices are reasonable. I would say this place is set up to attract locals, not just tourists as so many galleries around town are. You'll for sure find some gems. I almost want to keep this place a secret!
