He went above and beyond for me when I caught a flat tire! Came out and hooked me up while I was working in my work van. He switched out my tire and even put air and my remaining tires cause they were low. Cool and down to earth guy as well. Highly recommend when you in tire trouble. He even has different shops! Great customer service! I called and was helped within 30 minutes. Lee came and did what needed to be done. Everyone I interacted with has a great attitude and was very professional. In a time of need their company will help !
Wish I could give no stars. They definitely aren't reliable in an emergency situation. Called, got no answer, then got texted a questionnaire. I answered the questions and then had no reply but seen the messages were read. Got the help I needed from J&M tire shop the next morning. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Tire went flat at work and they came and replaced my tire and did an excellent job and in a timely manner and with a great price I would highly recommend this business to anybody
