Wes, the manager, made good on a constructive criticism we made, about more transparency in regard to making payment (debit card discount vs credit card payment). There is now a larger, more visible notice about that, posted. Additionally a “perk” was offered for our suggestion. Workmanship was excellent!
Classic Collision was one of the repair shops recommended by my insurance company. I picked them due to online recommendations, which were positive. And I'm happy I did! They were able to turn my car around faster than expected. They did a tremendous job of keeping me up-to-date on the status. Additionally, I typically feel like I ask a lot of questions and spoke to probably four different people; everyone of them was patient and friendly, which I appreciate a lot. Most importantly, the area were my car was hit looks brand new. Fabulous job. I had a great experience and would highly recommended using this place. Other places may have the same setup but Enterprise on Laskin will pick you up from the shop which was extremely convenient.
Classic Collision did an amazing job. The back of my car looks brand new—you’d never know it was damaged. The quality of work was top-tier, the car was returned super clean, and communication throughout the process was solid. Everything was ready when promised and the whole experience was stress-free. Highly recommend if you want your car looking like nothing ever happened.
Unfortunately had an act of nature do substantial damage to the front of a new truck. The team at Classic welcomed me as a walk-in, the manager Wesley personally helped me out. They provided a comprehensive estimate and walked me through the repairs, worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get everything ordered and scheduled. My vehicle was repaired turn key with OEM parts. It looks like the day I bought it and they completed early. The absolute best part is the consistent personal updates provided. As a busy parent and professional this was huge and sadly a rare trait anymore. The entire process including the walk-in visit only required me being there in person for an hour combined. Thanks for everything!
Took my son’s car to classic collision, my insurance USAA recommended them. From my arrival on site very friendly welcome. Great place and very squared away. Throughout the process Dan kept me updated on my repairs my car was completed in a timely manner almost the exact date as promised. Great work and they even cleaned the inside of the car. Great work.
