My experience with 360 Heating & Air was phenomenal, from my first contact via phone to the installation of a new system. My initial contact with Taylor, Ryan and Peter was very friendly and informative and yet they broke the info down to being easily understood. They kept me apprised of the status of install, and the follow up was great. Cody and Caleb were the techs who performed the installation and they also were very communicative and ensured I fully understood the HVAC installation. Cody provided me pictures of the new system, as well as where they had straightened a sagging air flow trunk line from initial installation, and had secured it to a beam to provide optimal air flow to a room the most distant from the furnace unit. Both Caleb and Cody ensured there was good airflow from the vents and they remained on site for a period of time to ensure the new unit was operating correctly and effectively. The clean up was great as they left nothing behind to be disposed of. I would definitely recommend 360 Heating & Air to others and enjoyed working with them in this project, and if I need service for a HVAC system in the future, I will definitely give them a call.
We had a great experience with 360 Heating & Air. Our outside HVAC unit was not working. We called and had a technician at our home within a couple of hours. Peter was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed it and discovered the issue quickly, had the parts with him and got us back up and going quickly. Peter also advised us regarding the age of our HVAC unit and provided us with a proposal for a replacement unit I highly recommend them.

Their team installed our HVAC system and was consistently professional, reliable, and extremely accountable throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly, and took full ownership of the work. Any questions or follow-ups were handled promptly and responsibly, which is rare and greatly appreciated. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that does what they say, stands behind their work, and treats customers the right way, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 360 Heating & Air. This company is amazing. I called on a Thursday. They were at my home within the hour! They came to my work and spent time on the Friday detailing pricing and my unit issues. Come Monday, these gentleman worked tirelessly all day long to ensure my new system was installed correctly and my family had heat on a cold night. They went above and beyond. Coming from a long line of hvac in my family. I recommend 360 to anyone in need of heating and cooling services. A++++++ customer service
