Great service and communication with very fair pricing for parts and labor. They even had the tires I needed and an appointment available on the same day. I was in and out well within 30min, will come back again for sure.
How many times can you say buying tires was the highlight of your day? I took my son’s Susuki in because it needed new tires. Rob walked me through the best options for a new rider. He was patient and knowledgeable. Never in a rush or pushy. While you wait you can play pool, watch tv or hang out with them and learn a ton about tires and bikes. By far the best service and price I have ever found. We were in and out in about an hour and the bike feels brand new. If you need bike tires this is the only place to go.
These are the only guys I would trust my Harley to. Extremely professional. Nobody tries to sell you anything but they answer all of your questions if you have them. They only carry tires worth buying. It is an owner operated business which is always the best. Their prices are excellent compared to the competition. You set an appointment online, go there in time for your appointment, you wait for a bit in their comfortable waiting room and then you're good to go.
I just wish their webmaster would put prices or estimate cost to do the job. I didn't mind calling about the details, but I just wish the website was more informative as I selected the tires, and if they were on sight. No big deal. Rob Fish and his crew are second to none, and the waiting area was very relaxing with a large t.v. I'm still getting used to going from Dunlop to Metzler but starting to like them more and more. Rob helped me pick out the Metzler 888 white walls and they look and perform really well. Love it! Still in shock with inflation prices, but that's nobody's fault.
The service this team has provided me on "2" motorcycles now has been amazing. Great value and open 7 days a week makes it easy for busy people like me to get my maintenance services handled with ease. They even have an easy appointment system on their website. Pricing is always upfront and fair. I highly recommend this awesome shop! They have done wheels and tires for both my bikes so far.
