I thought my computer was having issues and needed someone to take a look. Thomas was available right away and checked it for me. He seemed very knowledgeable — he explained that the computer itself was fine and the problem was actually my mouse. Since I was already there, I asked him to do a factory reset, and he got everything up and running quickly.
Thomas Martin age was excellent to work with. He came to my home to upgrade Windows 10 to 11 but found out I already had Windows 11 without knowing. He shifted gears professionally and installed updates. Then he recommended software to keep my computer and phone safe at my request. I needed someone who was professional and knowledgeable and Thomas fit the bill. I am very happy with the service. I recommend Thomas to anyone who is clueless like I was. I'm extremely grateful for his service. .
Thomas suggested a new external hard drive would make things go much quicker and be more secure. We said a definite time and he was here. I was apprehensive to say the least. But he was amazing! He was so fast and answered all my questions. He pays attention to details. Thomas’s work was exemplary!
