I loved watching the florist wrap my bouquet while having a conversation with her. She carefully wrapped the ends of the flowers with a water-soaked sponge to keep them fresh until I got home. I love it when someone so passionate about their work and art. ♥️ She gave me great tips on how to keep the flowers fresh and how often to replace the water. The customer service-100/10!
