I had a great experience here. I originally went in for some shoulder pain that had been bothering me for a while, and Dr. Carlos Archuleta was able to pinpoint the issue almost immediately. It turned out to be biceps tendonitis, and it was such a relief to finally know exactly what was causing the pain. I ended up doing a 12-session package, which was definitely worth it. My "shoulder" pain was basically non existent by session 8, but I kept going because Dr. Carlos helped me out with a few other minor aches and pains that popped up over the next few months. He’s really thorough and looks at everything, not just the one spot that hurts. Also, a huge shoutout to the rest of the staff! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s just a really welcoming environment overall. If you’re dealing with any kind of injury, I’d definitely suggest checking them out.
Had a nagging knee issue that was hindering me from doing a lot of the activities that I enjoy. Was referred to Advanced Physical Therapy & Wellness and am very happy I found them. Dr Owen and team took great care of me. Identified what was causing the knee issue and it went away after a few PT sessions. Will be keeping this number on speed dial in case any issues come up in the future.
What is special about this PT company is their focus on doing what is best for their clients vs just giving you a lot of exercises to do. My one hour sessions are 95% hands-on, my husband's sessions are 85% to 90% hands-on. In addition, all the therapists are Doctors of PT. You and your doctor work together as a team to achieve your best outcome. Dr. Owen and Dr. Jen, the owner's, are excellent. The entire staff make you feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend Advanced Physical Therapy & Wellness. My husband and I would never go anyplace else for our PT needs!
I hurt my neck and was in pain for several weeks before I saw Dr. Owen. After a couple days of working with him I felt so much better and regained my mobility. I've been seeing him for a couple months now and all the pain is gone and I have gained so much more mobility in my neck, as well as improvement in some other areas of concern. It's been an amazing experience and I look forward to continuing working with him! Highly recommended!
We are so impressed with Dr Myro and everyone at advanced wellness PT. My daughter came in with a sprained ankle from soccer, I was blown away by how much time they spent with Malia. They helped mobilize her ankle and gave her exercises to help. Really extraordinary customer service and overall experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic!!
