I love this store! You can find the cutest gifts for both babies and women. Their speciality Chicago items are especially cute and trendy. I can’t go in there without seeing something that I’d love to have. Higher price point, but good quality and unique items that you don’t find everywhere.
Best place ever! i walked in 20mins before closing rushing to get last minute chicago tokens before my flight. Ashley was my hero for the night and b/c of her kind heart, i was able to fly back home with the best chicago memory. Thank you to all the staff for making this experience the best, they were so patient throughout my time there.
Came in town on a girls’ trip. Saw a TikTok and wanted to come visit! Making the hat was sooo much fun. Customer service was amazing! Kayla & Toni were super sweet and patient :) Comes in a super cute bag also
I had an amazing experience with the customer service at Alice and Wonder! I first discovered the store on TikTok and knew I had to add it to my Chicago itinerary. I picked out a hat and customized it, but unfortunately, it got damaged during the stamping process. The store manager went above and beyond to make it right. The hat I wanted was sold out at that location, but she didn't hesitate to call other stores to check if they had it in stock, even though I was leaving soon and we were pressed for time. She was also about to leave for vacation that afternoon, but still made sure to solve the issue. The next day, I received a call letting me know my hat was ready for pickup before I left! I’m so grateful to the team for their incredible service. The store itself is beautiful, with great items not just for yourself, but also for gifts. I highly recommend this place to everyone
Had to come by to get my Chicago hat designed! The store itself is very nice with clothing items for purchase. There are plenty of different hats and patches to choose from - pick what you like. The customer service was good and there wasn’t a wait for the hats. Overall, it’s a great spot to visit and patch design a Chicago hat!
