First, what I loved about Allstar was them following up with me by calling, and after that sending someone over for a quote right away. I’m working 50hr/week and attempting to manage a household and forgetful because of that. I’ll sometimes put things off for weeks if I have to call someone myself because I’m working during normal business hours. Them coming out this week was perfect since I’m off during the holiday. Second, I really appreciated Luis’ attention to detail — I had three different plumbers come out to take a look at my 50s era outdoor faucets and he was the only tech who actually looked at my pipes behind and under the wall before providing a recommendation, AND he noticed a leak in one of my sprinkler controllers that I hadn’t even seen or asked about (the plants under it were quite happy though). Their price was very competitive and Luis was able to fix my original issues the same day. I’m actually looking forward to seeing my next water bill, hoping that it will be significantly less with the leaks fixed!
I recently called for plumbing repairs and was extremely impressed with the service. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my pipes. Everything was explained clearly, and the repair was completed efficiently and professionally. They also gave helpful tips to prevent future issues, which I really appreciated. The team was courteous, respectful of my home, and worked diligently to get everything back in perfect order. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
Great experience with AllStar Plumbing. Had a broken shower handle (?and valve) and a leaking sink. They were the first to reach out to my Yelp query and had a technician (Joe) out the next day. I can’t say enough great things about Joe. He said the valve was still good on the shower and told me where I could just buy a replacement handle; so I appreciate he didn’t try to take advantage of me by telling the whole valve needed replacement ($$$$). I wasn't expecting him to do the sink drain work the same day, but he did and went to the hardware store for the parts. He then showed super human strength to loosen the strainer nut on the sink drain which I had spent hours trying to do unsuccessfully myself. He then put in the new parts and it worked perfectly. And throughout it all, including the probably 20 times he climbed our staircase to get tools, parts, etc, he always had a smile on his face and something nice to say. This kind of customer service is a breath of fresh air in today’s business climate. Thanks Joe and AllStar Plumbing.
We had an outstanding experience with Joshua! From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. Josh arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed a persistent leak under my kitchen sink that two other companies couldn’t solve. The work was done neatly, efficiently, and at a very fair price. I really appreciated the respect they showed for my home — even cleaned up afterward! It’s rare to find such reliable and honest tradespeople these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch plumbing services. Thank you Josh!!!
