Seth Szymanski was great. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't going leave until he took care of us. He was very conscientious and cares about his work and his customers. He is a very good representative of American Plumbing and we would strongly recommend him to other people.
I had a bit of an emergency today and I was able to get an appointment for today. One of my exterior hose bibbs was leaking. I called American Plumbing and made an appointment for after 12:00 pm. Seth promptly showed up a little after 12:00pm. He explained how he was going to do the job, and also went over different types of hose bibbs. Seth's work was excellent! He also works very neatly. No mess to pick up after his work was done. I want to thank American Plumbing and Seth, specifically, for their prompt attention and excellent workmanship.l
Americann Plumbing was awesome to work . We had a mysterious leak, they would could Mr. Britt was our plumber , he worked so hard & stayed until he found our problem. Repairs were done quickly &clean-up was very good . Mr. Britt is kind, easy to work with & very mannerly. He is very knowledgeable & was great about explaining everything to us. I easily & honestly highly recommend American Plumbing.
We had been struggling with very low to no water pressure after our water line was replaced. Several people had come out, but no one could fix it, until Seth from American Plumbing arrived. He was extremely helpful, professional, and really took the time to listen to the issues we were having. Seth checked everything, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood what he was doing. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also explained everything he did before leaving. We were so relieved and grateful that it was finally resolved! Seth truly went above and beyond, and we appreciate that he took time out of his busy day to help us. I highly recommend Seth at American Plumbing!
