Thank you Gung for the incredible work on my tattoo. The level of detail and care you put into every part of the process really shows your years of experience. You took the time to make sure everything was perfect and never rushed anything, which made the whole experience even better. As my first ever tattoo artist, I couldn’t have asked for someone better you made the experience comfortable and memorable. Super grateful for your work and professionalism. Also gave a big hug before leaving the shop. Highly recommend this shop! From initial booking to consultation and finally getting my work done, the whole process was so smooth and seamless. The staff here are so friendly and the shop has such a great vibe! I had a cover up done by Kelsey and let me tell you did she work some magic! I gave her a few abstract ideas and she rolled with and I could not be happier with the results! She was so thoughtful and continuously checked in to make sure I was happy with where the piece was going. I had a long session and Kelsey made sure we had plenty of breaks and that I was doing okay through the whole process. If you need anything covered up or reworked definitely go see her! I have also been to the shop once before with a friend to get matching flash pieces done by Nathan. We sent in an idea and he put his own spin on it and it turned out better than what we had envisioned. We had a blast with Nathan, he was so friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend him as well!
Despite being someone with plenty of years under my belt, I'd never gotten a tattoo before. I'd always figured I would if there was something important enough for me. So when I decided to get one, I booked at Artful Ink in Morley. I booked in with one of the junior artists Mae. Despite being a junior artist she was competent and confident. My tattoo was a fairly simple black, red and white design which she did well. I had planned on listening to music on my earbuds while the work was being done but instead ended up chatting with Mae the whole time while she worked. As a first timer, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable while the work was being done. I was happy with the result.
Janelle did an outstanding job of my custom tattoo! I had a very clear vision in my head of what I wanted & she brought it to life perfectly. She was very communicative throughout the whole process, making sure I was comfortable, sure of the placement & the minor details of the design through every step. I would absolutely recommend Janelle Wallis if it’s your first time or for any specialty colour job. I’m writing this a year later & my tattoo still looks fresh.
Clean atmosphere, excellent and professional service. The artist skills, patience and professionalism made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. 💯 would recommend in a heartbeat and will be going back! Leah Desmay was such a sweetheart and did an incredible job of listening and designing/delivering exactly what I wanted.
