Robert Camp did an excellent job repairing pipe leak. Once completed another leak on another pipe was detected and he immediately repaired it. He was very professional and courteous. Thank you Robert for a job well done!
Dylan was exceptionally great with customer service and helping out with a sewer line that was damaged in my yard. He was knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful in managing costs and best case scenarios decisions for the project in my home. I highly recommend him and his team for any plumbing needs!!
This company is the very best. I had a water leak that a leak detector could not find. Therefore, I had to replace a 1,500 foot water line to correct the leak! Atlantis Plumbing came out quickly and ran the new line. The men worked tirelessly to get me hooked up again, working until 9:30 PM one night and until 2:30 AM the following morning (wearing head lamps) to restore my service. I had wonderful responses and services from the telephone contacts (Kayla and Carol), the plumbers, Bryan, Jamaka, and Dale. Everybody was kind, respectful, on time, and did all services with SMILES.....even at 2 AM in the morning. This was a very tough job, and everyone came to my rescue.
Eric and Dale did a great job and worked well together. Performance was efficient, well explained and implemented very quickly. They came back for a follow up visit today to handle an unforeseen issue with a slow leak in my supply valve to the dishwasher. They were able to get this knocked out from start to finish in about 45 minutes. These guys had a great attitude, and I would gladly have them do other projects in the future. M.R.
